Secondary steel framing & floor decks
The Multibeam and Multichannel secondary steelwork range of roof purlins, side rails and channel framing sections are widely used on steel and concrete framed buildings as supporting elements for the building envelope. The Multideck range of structurally efficient profiled, galvanised steel floor decks are used for the construction of composite concrete intermediate floors.
Kingspan Off-Site's MezaLite 300 beam, Sigma and C-sections are used in the construction of mezzanine flooring.
Metro Building System
The Metro Building System is a off-site manufactured ‘2D’ panellised loadbearing ‘core and shell’ construction method consisting of unitised frame assemblies for external and internal walls, intermediate floor cassettes and timber or steel roof trusses.
The system is a proven superior quality, affordable and environmentally sustainable construction method with the additional benefit of zero site waste. Metro is a fully tested and accredited system. Metro can easily integrate with any façade including traditional masonry, rainscreens or curtain wall systems. Metro incorporates building services routings for water, heating/cooling, wire and cable management.
