Timber frame systems (factory insulated)

Kingspan has over 17 years experience in manufacturing and erection of timber framed systems. Kingspan timber frame systems are widely used by house builders across the private and affordable residential/housing market and are suitable for construction of buildings up to 6 storeys high.

Timber frame systems are available with factory installed Kingspan insulation to provide the thermal and air-tightness compliance standards in line with the Code for Sustainable Homes requirements.

Engineered Timber Systems - TEK

The Kingspan TEK® Building System has Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) at its core and can provide excellent U-values and air tightness and low linear thermal bridging. The Kingspan TEK® Building System also typically achieves BRE Green Guide element ratings of A+ or A.

The Kingspan TEK® Building System can provide additional benefits including speed of construction, low site wastage, design flexibility and low in use running costs.

The Kingspan TEK® Building System is therefore well positioned to meet the increasingly exacting requirements of the construction industry.
