The structural framing and building fabric systems are based on a myriad of off-site manufactured panellised framing solutions for external walls and façades, interior wall assemblies and intermediate floor cassettes and roof truss systems. Kingspan residential solutions integrate a wide range of other Kingspan systems for building services, solar thermal, solar photovoltaics and water conservation products.

These Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) systems are designed and certified to comply with the complex regulatory and legislative guidance requirements of both the Government and housing sectors. Additionally, they fully meet the exacting criteria of the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and home insurers' standards.

Kingspan are at the forefront of delivering holistic environmental and sustainable housing solutions which comply with the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' through Levels three, four, five and up to Net-Zero Carbon Level six - the Kingspan Lighthouse.

Kingspan's wide range of construction methods include structural insulated panels (SIPs), timber, steel and hybrid framing, and building fabric systems which can provide a tailored package to meet clients' specific masterplan requirements.

Energy rating and environmental impact

All homes now have to be assessed at point of sale for energy efficiency and environment CO2 impact assessment which has to be included in the Home Information Pack (HIPs).

Kingspan's systems provide an optimised energy efficient and low carbon emissions footprint fabric solution which minimises energy usage and environmental impact and fully complies with the various levels within the 'Code for Sustainable Homes' up to Net Zero Carbon Level six.
