The Metro building system is an off-site manufactured, insulated, '2D' panellised load-bearing 'core and shell' construction method consisting of unitised frame assemblies for external and internal walls, intermediate floor cassettes and timber or steel roof trusses.

The system is a superior quality, affordable and environmentally sustainable construction method with the additional benefit of zero site waste. The Metro Building System is a fully tested and accredited system. The system can easily integrate with any façade including traditional masonry, rainscreen or curtain wall systems.

Hybrid frame system (steel & timber)

Many residential schemes have a requirement for a mix of retail and office accommodation at ground and low level with apartments above, thereby creating requirements for increased spanning and loading parameters.
