The Kingspan TEK® Building System has Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) at its core and can provide excellent U-values and air tightness and low linear thermal bridging. The Kingspan TEK® Building System can therefore provide a cost effective way of achieving compliance with the building fabric measures of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The System also typically achieves BRE Green Guide element ratings of A+ or A.

Factory insulated timber frame systems (factory insulated)

Kingspan has over 40 years experience in the design, manufacture and erection of timber frame systems. Kingspan timber frame systems are widely used by developers, contractors and self-builders across the private and affordable housing market and are suitable for the construction of buildings up to six storeys high. Kingspan's timber frame systems are available with factory installed high performance Kingspan insulation helping to provide the thermal and airtightness requirements of the Building Regulations and the Code for Sustainable Homes.
