Varisol is the only completely modular, precisely-sized solar thermal collector on the market - it is unique.

Kingspan Renewables has pushed the boundaries of solar technology with the modular solar thermal vacuum tube collectors. Varisol incorporates Kingspan Solar’s Thermomax Direct Flow vacuum tubes, retaining their top quality performance, whilst delivering total flexibility in installation. Vacuum tubes are pre-assembled with the Varisol connector for ease of installation and collectors can be from 1 to 150 vacuum tubes, making it applicable to both domestic and commercial applications.

It’s a modern and adaptable alternative to the rigid manifold system, and combines a unique design with high performance polymer materials. This allows the vacuum tubes to simply ‘click-fit’ together to create solar thermal collectors of varying sizes, meaning collectors can be sized to the exact needs of the end user within the space available. Varisol provides more versatile installation options by fitting around windows or potential design issues, such as dormer bungalows and sky lights.

The flexible, modular collector is easier to install but is also more discreet/streamline on the roof. This concept was realised while improving the energy efficiency and reducing the amount of energy intensive materials used in production.
